Since it’s inception, Sperry Van Ness Gold Dust Commercial Associates has assisted 100’s of companies to relocate to northern Nevada. In addition, they have represented buyers and sellers in negotiating 100’s of closed transactions involving multiple properties nationwide. They have advised investors, nationwide, by providing market analysis and pro forma projections on all types of commercial real estate in northern Nevada. They have represented owners and tenants in lease negotiations for space from 300 to 300,000 square feet.

Mr. Johnson has assembled associates and a staff from varied backgrounds and experiences, encouraged them to take advantage of educational opportunities, and insisted upon a strong work ethic and high ethical standards. Mr. Johnson earned his CCIM designation in 1988, associate Bruce Robertson earned his CCIM designation in 2001 and associate Jack Brower earned his CCIM designation in 2001. It is a requirement of employment that all of the associates work toward obtaining their CCIM designation.
